A spacious and comfortable property.

Wheelbarrow Castle’s origins are lost in the mists of time though we do know that some parts date back to at least the sixteenth century. Like most houses of its age it has been added to and expanded over the centuries and it now offers comfortable, modern accommodation, with interesting features. The ‘star of the show’ is the drawing room converted from an ancient, stone barn and now forming part of the house.  Located near to the North Herefordshire village of Stoke Prior, Wheelbarrow Castle offers spacious and comfortable holiday accommodation for 17 guests.
